The Koenigsegg supply chain department is an expanding team of highly-skilled purchasers and SQEs. The Supply Chain is responsible for securing the competence in the supply chain that benefits Koenigsegg’s needs now and in the future.

The person we are looking for
We are looking for an individual who has a great passion for Supplier Quality Assurance, cars, and technology.
You have the drive to develop yourself and the ones in your team as well as the processes and routines that need to be improved. You love change and change management, and you are the driver, you lead by example in the change. You need to be excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. You must be a go-getter, take initiative. You are humble, a good listener and you know when to put your ego aside to trust your teams’ and internal customer’s judgement as well.
The Role
The role is to manage the area concerning Supplier Quality Assurance and the Supplier Development related topics and develop the organisation, based on the Supply Chain strategy, and secure the targets and visions will be met.
The position will be based in the Koenigsegg headquarters in Ängelholm, Sweden and reports to our Director of Supply Chain.

Minimum Requirements
University or bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant training in combination with at least 7-10 years’ experience in the field of Supplier Quality Assurance or Quality Assurance

Qualifications include but not limited to:
High Competence and experience of quality systems TS16949 /IATF (Quality Systems Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Systems Management), ISO 26262
Advanced language skills in English & Swedish in both speech and writing
Strong leadership and management skills to be able to develop personnel as well to build trust internally as well externally.
