What you will be doing
Your focus will be on maintaining and developing the applications using agile methods. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the applications within the Portfolio Management for Private Banking.
As SQL developer, you will work together with experienced colleagues in a varied and development-intensive area with proximity to the business we support.
You are expected to contribute to and enhance our business orientation while also improving our internal effectiveness; by closely cooperating with the business, exploring synergies and proactively suggesting improvements to IT-solutions and ways of working
Who we are looking for
To fit the role, we expect you to have skills in SQL Server, SQL and experience of back office work and or asset management with a focus on the securities process example differences and similarities between different instrument types. If you also have knowledge in .NET, C# and/or in SSIS, SSRS that is a plus. We see that you have experience maintaining applications from development or requirement perspective, maybe a history in a back office role. You have a structured approach. Experience working with both business and technology-oriented people is desired. You have ability to communicate in Swedish as well as in English.
We are looking for someone that meet several of the following criteria:
• At least 5 years SQL work experience.
• At least 5 years working in an agile environment.
• Have some skills in REST.
• Have some skills in Java or .NET.
• Have some knowledge of the back office role.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Growth mindset, positive and collaborative attitude
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.
