Enerpoly is now looking for a Senior Battery Engineer to join our passionate team in Stockholm. You will have a significant role in delivering Enerpoly’s battery technologies to the market and bring the world closer to 100% renewable energy.
As our Senior Battery Engineer, you will work with our talented Battery Scientists & Engineers in the Product Development Team. This position requires laboratory work experience including practical and theoretical troubleshooting. You will contribute with your experience in engineering to develop, test and deploy our innovative battery technology. Your hard-working mentality will be critical to tackle difficult challenges and your adaptability is highly valued to assist the different teams within the company.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define and validate standard test procedures and protocols for R&D purposes
Perform analysis of complex battery systems
Track and report progress to plan and identify solutions

Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience in battery R&D and testing
Experience in electrochemistry or energy storage related fields
Familiarity with different rechargeable battery chemistries and technologies
Experience with product validation & engineering
Knowledge of battery industry is an advantage
Startup and growth company experience is an advantage
Excellent oral and written English language skills are required
