What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Assisted Sales to work in close cooperation with the product teams and key commercial stakeholders of our Assisted Sales product cluster to further enhance the direct sales platform that is utilized by both our own agents and retail partners to manage prospect relationships and turn them into sales.
You will clarify business ideas for new products and product features, validate business requirements and assure compliance of the development outcomes within the defined business goals. By breaking down business cases into business problems you will find solutions together with the product teams during the product discovery phase. You will conduct deep-dive analyses and produce well-grounded reports for both product teams and senior management and convert your insights into future product developments.
You have an integrated understanding of direct sales, have a feeling for customer & user needs and are thereby able to provide business direction to the product teams and highlight market & business trends and opportunities. You support global roadmap projects and drive the global process vision for standardization.
You and your skills
You have strong communication and presentation skills complemented by solid skills in moderation and negotiation. You are also known for your excellent analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers enabling you to perform complex strategic analysis with limited guidance. We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset that is motivated by commercial success.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role or similar in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the automotive industry
• Extensive experience with business process excellence, ideally in sales operations
• Successfully completed degree in business administration, project management or comparable qualification
• You are an analytical thinker, a decision-maker and a problem-solver experienced in documentation and visualization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to interface with product teams, as well as cross-regional and cross-functional internal/external stakeholders

Preferably HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm
