Role Description
Responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for clients in the pharmaceutical industries and new stakeholders such as payors, authorities, pharmacies, Medtech, biotech companies and other organizations. Identifies and elevates potential new business opportunities.
The role will report into the Technology & Services Lead responsible for our commercial services in the Nordics.
Principal Accountabilities
- You will be responsible for a thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex numerical data, which you will translate into projects focusing on cost-efficient solutions for sales & marketing departments or other major stakeholders within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
- You will contribute to the development, structuring, presentation and communication of client proposals.
- You will support a dedicated team in its step-by-step process towards multiple strategic projects in the pharmaceutical sector by applying consultative problem-solving skills.
- You will participate in and execute on projects to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
- You will develop project plans and lead projects to successful completion. Manage on and off-shore project resources.
- You will support the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
- You will together with a team of Engagement Manager, senior consultants and key account managers will develop a professional partnership with our key clients.
- You will identify new business opportunities, follow-on work and new leads at assigned clients.
- You provide follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
Profile Summary
- You combine a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree with 5-7 years experience in management consulting role.
- You are very interested in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong affinity for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- You have a customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, innovative approach.
- You are able to work willingly and effectively with others in and across a matrix organization.
- You are able to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- You have knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
- You have excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
- You are proactive and eager to learn, which translates into prompt business understanding and the development of suitable communication strategies, both internally and towards our healthcare partners.
