The position
As part of the Supply Chain Finance management Team and the main responsible for Finance and Business control in Logistics the incumbent will work together with relevant managers to secure short-, medium and long term efficiency and profitability of the business
•Actively work in partnership with the Chief Logistics Officer and the business leaders to positively contribute to excellent sustainable business performance. Continuously challenge and develop the local finance functions within the responsibility.
•In dialogue with the Global Supply Chain Management and other stakeholders actively support the managers to secure higher customer experienced availability and quality of our products.
Main responsibilities:
•Develop tools to measure the freight costs in the group
•Analyze the costs for warehousing
•Control and drive Inventory management and flow
•Improve the process for the logistic chain with the scope of reduction of footprint and complexity
•Increase the turnover of products and reducing obsolescence reserves and scrapping
•Business partner to Finance organizations where we have inventory
•Support Risk Management activities for Logistics
•Liaise with PMO and support logistic projects setup
•Set and communicate financial standards for Logistics
•Setup and follow budget and Forecasting process for Logistics
•Support S&OP process with financial information
•Manage and guide the Finance organization in logistic units or distribution centers
The position reports to the CFO Supply Chain. Preferred location is Malmö but for the right internal candidate other locations in Getinge Group can be discussed. Extensive traveling will be necessary since this is a global role.
The ideal candidate
•Master/ Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
•Experience from working with Business controlling and Finance at strategic as well as
operational level – in an international environment 5+ years.
•Broad business and people perspective
•Able to set direction, priorities and goals; able to secure plans and organization in order to realize and deliver ambitions and results; open and humble in learning for further development
•Able to lead change
•Leadership- and influential skills
•Fluent spoken and written English
