Sr Director R&D machine learning

Northvolt is currently recruiting a Sr Director R&D machine learning to build, manage and support diverse teams of software engineers and engineering managers.
In this role you will:
Impact over all time-scales through sound long term strategies and well executed upon short-to-mid-to-long term roadmaps
Provide both technical and organizational leadership
Set up the org for growth in a self-sustainable manner through effective processes, and run a high-functioning leadership group



Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of technical industry experience
5+ years of management experience
Demonstrated experience, building teams, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management
