As a member of our Wellbeing Design Team, you will contribute to our bigger goal of making a positive impact on people’s everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr Interaction Designer at Electrolux, you will be managing the delivery and follow-up of platform architectures, requirements, and specifications, and contributing to concept development from its inception. You will be responsible for the development of digital interactions across the Electrolux Wellbeing Consumer Experience area ranging from strategic User Experience development to creating branded User Interaction systems and identities.
You have a broad background with experience in various areas of both digital and physical design which enables you to set the agenda and drive the conversation around your projects. You are adept at applying processes and approaches to solving problems and you know how to balance independent delivery and exploration vs team collaboration time.
In this position, you have contributed in bringing multiple products to market, and understand the broader context of your work. You realize that it is not only about practicing the craft of design, but also recognizing when you need the skills of others.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Service Design, Industrial Design or similar
· 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
· Strong creative management and informal team leading skills
· Expert level of software skills and overall computer literacy
· Strong drive, learning ability and teamwork
· Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
