Cloetta is now looking for a Senior IT Manager for Global IOCC based at our office in central Malmö.

Responsibilities
Your position
As a Senior IT Manager Global Infrastructure Operations, you will play a key role within our organization, be a member of the IT Management team and report to the global IT Director. Today we have a global, stable, and reliable IT environment. As Senior IT Manager IOCC you are responsible for maintaining our IT environment and taking this to the next level through further development and standardization of the IT infrastructure, IT security, Service Desk and End-user services. We have a hybrid environment and are on a journey to further standardize our IT environment and use more SaaS solutions. You will lead a great team of twelve highly professional and knowledgeable individuals located in our offices and factories throughout Europe. You will work closely together with our other Competence Centers for applications and BI. You will be located in our office in central Malmö, travels to our factories and offices in Europe will be expected.

Your responsibility will be to…
Develop and coach your winning team.
Proactively improve our IT security and protect our environment against the ever-increasing cyber threats
Provide cost-efficient and sustainable Global IT Infrastructure services including:

* Define an IT infrastructure strategy and service
* Manage our infrastructure services including the external datacenter and our Virtual Private Cloud with AWS
* Focus on Manufacturing IT, including IT infra services for our new factory which will be ready by 2025
* Evolve our usage of SaaS services, e.g. AWS, M365 and Azure


Provide our user with a world-class Service Desk and End-user services
Maintain and develop our Service Management processes in our ITSM tool
Manage Global IT Infrastructure incidents, changes, and projects
Manage license and contract management for Infrastructure Services


Qualifications
You have a proven track record and experience from the following...
5-10 years from managing an IT operations team located in different sites in Europe or equivalent role with personnel and budget responsibility
Creating and integrating IT strategies with the business need
From a producing company with multi sites in different countries running 24/7
Supplier and contract management for SaaS solutions
One of the Scandinavian languages (native) and fluent in English

You have good knowledge within these areas...
IT and cybersecurity
Cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure, M365 and AWS
IT Infrastructure and how it supports business-critical processes and applications
Project management methodologies and planning
ITIL v3 and v4
