Role Purpose


The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. He/She must have deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners.


Key Responsibilities
Generate Profitable Revenue from New and/or existing Account
Generate New streams of Revenue from new prospects and existing customers
Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
Collect invoices/ payments on time
Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
Understand Tech M offerings very well

System/Tool Skills
CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
MS Office proficiency
Story Telling and Digital world understanding
Creating & updating account plan
Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
Internal PeopleSoft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing

Qualifications & Experience
MBA with specialization in sales from an institute of repute.
Experience as per the specific roles
