Your role
Infotainment & Connectivity team is now looking for a Senior Product Buyer for Connectivity for current and future business. You will be part of a team with 7 buyers and you will be responsible to secure running projects and day to day business. The group belongs to Electrical Purchasing and we work with components such as touch displays, head up displays, audio systems, connectivity modules, navigation and apps, and with well-known brands.
In this role you will work specifically with the Connectivity area within the team, i.e. all the software, services and apps such as navigation, music services and smartphone connectivity. For this position you preferably have a background within the Infotainment & Connectivity area, e.g. within Purchasing, R&D, Product Planning or Marketing. It is also an advantage if you have experience of working with sourcing of services.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to negotiate the annual result for the current business and perform actions (market tests etc) needed to optimize the business over time.
- Lead the Purchasing work, together with R&D/ Product Planning/ Marketing, to perform sourcing actions
- All with the target to secure a Market Competitive offer, over time, for the company and its customers within the business area of Infotainment

Your profile
- Commercial/ Financial alt. Technical education at University or likewise
- Experience of working as product buyer, contract manager or likewise, or experience working within the Connectivity area within e.g. R&D or Product Planning.
- Good and creative negotiation skills and really enjoys to negotiate
- Interest in the area of Connectivity
- Good skills in communication, both English and Swedish
Personality
- Able to manage multi-tasking/multi-projects
- Able to plan and drive your own work and deliver result in time
- Target oriented and enjoys challenges
- Motivated by identifying/enabling/creating new solutions and new business opportunities in this area
- Positive and flexible mindset, enjoys working in an ever-changing area.
