The opportunity and ideal person

As a Project Manager, you will join our team of experienced software & hardware developers and algorithm specialists in our Gothenburg office, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions perform at the very edge of what is possible. Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily management of your project or projects
- Participation in prestudies and work with quotations
- Taking part in management of the daily operation of the company
- Communication with customers and other stakeholders
You are used to working in an environment where you quickly need to familiarize yourself with unknown areas. You are curious and self-driven, with the ambition to constantly further your skills. Your ability to work independently combined with your aptitude for teamwork will fit perfectly into our role-based organization with cross-functional teams, affording you a lot of flexibility and freedom.

Qualifications and Experience

Baseline:

- Strong track record in project management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Great understanding of development of embedded systems
- Experience in leading SW development teams or projects
- English spoken and written
- 6 years of relevant experience


Meriting:

- Experience in business development
- Experience from system engineering
- Experience from startups
- Experience from consulting
- Experience from running organizational change projects
- Strong understanding of different development processes
- Swedish spoken and written
