About the position
Perido is looking for a Senior Project Manager to our client, an international and famous fashion brand. Our client is a coveted company with office in the heart of Stockholm. Your daily tasks
In this position you will organize global marketing communications projects targeting woman. You lead team members and make strategic important decisions in order to meet business and marketing KPI’s. You work closely with the Account Manager and Head of Marketing Communications and can expect contact with external parties like creative agencies. Your key responsibilities include:
Validate internal briefs to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Develop insights-driven activity strategies together with project resources
Ensure all project deliverables (strategies, concepts, content, etc) deliver on set goals and KPIs
Allocate resources and distribute/prioritize work between team members
Lead, inform, motivate, and align project team to deliver on shared goals
Empower and inspire team to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions
Participate in sourcing and negotiations of creative talent and services

Your qualifications
To succeed in the role as Senior Project Manager we believe that you are working with a high level of structure in all the tasks you will perform. Experience from leading people and projects will be key for this role and so will your analytical skills. It is important that you have the ability to prioritize right when needed. You have an excellent service mindset and communication skills which you use skilfully depending on the receiver. You also feel confident to take on responsibilities and initiative in your everyday work and are always striving for personal development. Requirements
Extended experience from senior project management
At least 3 years’ experience from strategic work from an advertising agency
Experience of setting and following up on project budgets
Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment
Experienced in leading, motivating and aligning cross-functional teams
Experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders
Ability to communicate vision and strategy in an agile setting
Solid strategic understanding of all disciplines of marketing and communications
Experience of, and interest, in the digital and social media landscape
Great interest in the fashion and/or lifestyle, industry

Meritorious
Good understanding and knowledge of PR

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months through Perido, thereafter employment at the client. Start according to agreement.
