Job description: Design, implement and maintain software features for semiconductor device metrology.
Improve software quality through disciplined software processes and practices, such as design/code review, unit testing, and refactoring etc.
Cooperate with applications engineers, algorithm developers, software engineers, SQA engineers and users in all aspects of software product development lifecycle.
