MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
We are looking for Sr. Supporttekniker to join one of the leading consumer electronics companies in the world! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 1-year contract starting ASAP with possible extension.
Tasks/ Responsibilities Receive and handle incoming cases from corporate customers by telephone and mail
Conduct technical troubleshooting
To assist and train with support and knowledge for all B2B agents.
Book service orders
Know the process for, and be able to make decisions in DOA cases
Follow up service repairs with service partners via email and phone.
Report status of service repairs to SVC Tracking specialist.
Act as a filter between the team and management when it comes to questions about the daily work:
Relieve product specialist with simple questions about troubleshooting and product help.
Keep in touch and prevent duplication of issues by participating in documenting and updating the knowledge base and promoting the agents' use of this and its content.
Skills required Need to have: Great skills of handling computer and phone calls simultaneously
Being able to navigate easily between different systems
Medium/high experience of Outlook and word
Basic/medium experience of Excel
Experience from technical support by phone, for similar products
Language:
Fluent in Swedish and Good in English, both speech and writing
Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
Wish to have: Experience from technical support for screens, monitors, TV:s
