Job Description
As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Lead you will lead and drive a recruitment team focused on the end-to-end recruitment of tech positions across the H&M Group. The main focus will be Engineering roles, although other tech roles could be in scope (Product, Design, etc.)
Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead and coach the members of your team, composed of TA Partners and TA Coordinators, to deliver against their hiring targets in each stage of the funnel.
Manage operational capacity planning of your team to ensure accurate resource and workload distribution to meet hiring targets.
Facilitate the pipeline building strategies used by TA Partners for niche and hard to find tech roles, with a strong focus on talent sourcing.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and leaders in order to serve as a strategic talent advisor during talent forecasting, planning and delivery.
Support TA Partners in managing key stakeholder conversations as needed.
Own and drive team planning on a quarterly basis, and track and report team KPIs and roadmap on a monthly basis.
Maintain updated knowledge of both the business and the market, being a go-to-expert regarding talent trends within their competence of expertise (tech/engineering).

You have a great analytical ability with an eye for change and improvement opportunities. You always strive for operational excellence.
Key competences:
Leadership skills (develop and grow others)
Management skills (workload delegation, tracking and enablement)
Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean, Xrays, LinkedIn recruiter preferred)
Excellent communication skills (including good copywriting)
Senior Stakeholder management
Negotiation
Operational Planning & Project Management
Mid Data Savviness (ability to create and interpret performance reports - you feel pretty comfortable in Excel, and are no stranger to data visualization tools)
Talent profiling and assessments

What is your background?
2+ years of experience managing teams, ideally recruitment teams.
7+ years of experience as a Tech TA Partner/Recruiter (tech recruitment experience is a must).
Experience hiring in a high-volume pipeline model.
Experience in fast paced, tech environments.
Excellent English level.
