We are looking for our next SRE Product Manager/Lead!
Are you ready to take charge of the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) function for multiple customers and make a significant impact? We're looking for someone with a strong DevOps mindset and experience in service operations who is passionate about driving operational excellence and earning customer trust.
As the SRE Lead, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute the roadmap for the SRE area, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of customer support and service reliability. You will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, inspiring to excel and embrace a DevOps and Service Ownership mindset.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing the team by establishing a psychologically safe and nurturing culture, while inspiring, developing, and motivating all team members.
You’ll also play a key role in advancing knowledge sharing and driving process enhancements across the entire Delivery and Product Management department. By working closely with stakeholders, you’ll align with WirelessCar’s DevOps strategy, ensuring that our processes and goals are consistently elevated.

We believe that you bring
You are a collaborative team player who excels in an agile environment and enjoys helping teams enhance their operational capabilities. With a coaching mindset, you effectively promote ops awareness and manage incidents proficiently.
You’re skilled at communicating with various stakeholders and taking ownership of system performance. Your experience includes managing both internal and external stakeholders during major incidents, and you have a proven track record of developing and driving a roadmap for a product or area.
Your background might include a leadership role in an agile setting, such as a Service Delivery Manager or Product Manager, with comprehensive experience across the full software lifecycle.
