Special Steels business controlling function is looking for a Business Controller. In this role you will work closely with business management as an active financial business partner for international sales organization and operations management in Virsbo site. Your main responsibility is to drive high operational performance by supporting and challenging the business management with analysis and insights on operational performance and financial results. Running and developing monthly follow-up and financial planning processes used as basis for management decisions is an important part of the role.
You will report to head of business control within Special Steels finance organization. In this international business controlling team you will have colleagues in several locations in Nordics and United States. The role needs to be located within commuting distance to Virsbo as it will require some weekly presence on-site. Some international travelling is also needed with the role.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this position you should have a university degree in finance, industrial management or some other related field as well as few years of relevant work experience. Having experience from international manufacturing or sales organizations is considered a benefit and due to the international nature of the position, fluent English skills are needed. Swedish skills are seen as a benefit.
As a person you should be analytical but open-minded and outgoing with the ability to act and work independently as well as with colleagues and teams at all levels in the division. You have a drive to continuously develop ways of working combined with good people and communication skills for making yourself and your ideas heard. You have good technical abilities and willingness to learn the use of different IT tools.
