About the job
In this role you will work closely with sales management as an active financial business partner for a global sales organisation. Your main responsibility is to drive high sales performance by supporting and challenging the sales and finance management with analysis and insights on operational performance and financial results. You are responsible for the related management accounting and planning processes. Developing those processes and the quality of the output used as basis for management decisions is an important part of the role.
You will report to Head of Business Control within Special Steels Finance organisation. In this international business controlling team you will have colleagues in several locations in the Nordics and United States. Some international travelling is required for the role.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this position you should have a university degree in finance, industrial management or some other related field as well as few years of relevant work experience. Having experience from international manufacturing or sales organisations is considered a benefit. Due to the international nature of the position, fluent English skills are required. Finnish, Swedish or any other language skills are seen as a benefit.
As a person you should be analytical, but also open-minded and outgoing. You have a drive to continuously develop ways of working, combined with good people and communication skills for making yourself and your ideas heard. You have good technical abilities and willingness to learn the use of different IT tools.
