About the position
As Business Manager for XMOR Buckets you will be responsible to drive and develop the XMOR partner network, business model, develop the product portfolio for the bucket offering, as well as, expand into new markets and evaluate new business opportunities. You will be part of High Productivity equipment management team and work closely together with the other two Business Managers for XMOR Tippers and XMOR Trays, reporting to the Head of High Productivity Equipment. You will be responsible for a team spread across Europe consisting of team members with strong skills within commercial and partner management, product and portfolio development in addition to technical and sales support. In this role you will also have to be proficient interfacing both with colleagues in sales organization, technical departments, marketing as well as interfacing with a range of different customers and end-users.
Main responsibilities
Develop XMOR bucket product line strategy, business concept and processes and drive implementation of those to deliver agreed targets and support overall SSAB strategy.
Lead and develop the product line organization to grow and develop according to business needs.
Manage and develop the partner network in selected areas and secure that sales and growth targets are achieved. Develop operative processes and structures for efficient and professional co-operation.
Drive long term product development, development of product portfolio and product offering as whole.
Grow the license revenue and stable sales volumes from XMOR partners across the world.



About You
Msc. in Industrial engineering and management, Business economics or similar.
5+ years’ experience form international business / business development.
Capability to drive business development in new areas & concepts, to influence in matrix organizations.
Strong social and communication skills.
Understanding of sustainability and value selling.
Previous experience in leading international teams is meriting.
