Abraservice is now looking for an engaged, experienced and professional Finance & Admin Manager to join the team in Germany. You will form part of a diverse team located in different countries, and play an important part in the overall financial management of our business. This team is integrated with SSAB Special Steels’ finance function.

About the position
As Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for administration, financial management, including controlling, transfer pricing documentation and reporting activities for Abraservice Germany, while ensuring compliance with local accounting laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for the company's financial processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines. Controlling, accounting and administration.
Responsible for financial and business controlling of the legal entity, leading the budget and forecasting process, monthly closing, and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Cooperation with external payroll, local insurances, car fleet coordination, taking care of standard contracts like phone or internet, statistical reports, taking care of admin-matters.
As a part of compliance work: leading the work for Transfer price documentation, and initiating finance system development to meet the reporting requirements also in the future.
Monthly financial reporting to group consolidation system, local statutory reports.
Support the managers with commercial agreements, identifying risks and suggestion improvements.

About You
University degree with a strong focus in Accounting/Finance/Economy.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling area, or Chief Accountant role.
Knowledge of local German legal and accounting requirements.
Self-driven – strong, independent character. Ability to support and take the lead in driving administrational tasks with management, as well as learn new systems easily, while being interested and curious with a strong logic ability.
You are open-minded, willing to accept a diverse approach and enjoy working with different cultures.
Fluent in German and professional level of business English mandatory (any other languages beneficial).
