Special Steels is looking for new talents to join our Global Leadership Program, talents that can bring new skills and creative ideas to our business. Through our global program you will get the opportunity to rotate between different departments and countries, gain diverse experience and kick start your career in the SSAB-family. Program Setup
The program runs from 1-1, 5 years and ends when the next position in your career appears at SSAB. Throughout the program you will rotate between four different departments in our division Special Steels located in Sweden and the US, an additional country could be added depending on your profile. You will work within departments such as Production Development, Technology, Production and Services. Besides getting to know each department you will have an internal mentor, guiding you through the program and an external coach, focusing on your personal leadership development.
Who You Are
- You have a university degree (with or without work experience) or are about to graduate
- Preferred areas of education: engineering, technology, industrial economy, sustainability, system development, and digitalization.
We believe that your education is the foundation but your personality and motivation will be the key. You are inspired by our mission decarbonize the steel industry and you tackle new situations with curiosity. We are looking for talents that are interested in leadership and aspire to become great leaders, with our guidance. As this is a global program, English and willingness to relocate is required.
