SSABs Group Function HR Comp&Ben is focusing on global remuneration matters including executive compensation and also supporting the global organization with Comp&Ben expertise. Location Stockholm.
About the position
SSABs Group Function HR Comp&Ben team is a small team focusing on global remuneration matters.
Very important is to secure consistency and compliance in how we apply our strategy through policies and drive our processes. There are several areas to be developed and this position will drive improvement activities. The areas of responsibility may develop over time, but are currently focused to: Global Mobility, Global market data reporting and analysis, Executive Pension&Benefit operations/administration (mainly Sweden), Car policy and processes (mainly Sweden/Finland). The work also include analysis, reports and support in Comp&Ben annual processes as well as common HR development work.
Close work with colleagues within HR and with the finance and accounting department as well as with SSABs finance and HR shared services department to secure compliance in the handling of the areas of responsibility is needed to succeed in the role.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a person with a background within pension&benefits, however the work is probably only 25% in this area. Therefore we are searching for someone who wants to expand and work broadly with Comp&Ben matters that span over several functional areas.
Most important is a "can do" approach combined with the capability to identify and understand complex flows end-to-end, covering several functional areas and identify where improvements/clarifications can be made and the work together with colleagues and external providers to make improvements happen.
The candidate needs to be fluent in Swedish and English (Finnish is an advantage) and have experience from working with Swedish executive pension&benefit operations, including good understanding of the ITP-plan, alternative plans and providers in the area of benefits. Also have skills in the office package, primarily excel but also word and ppt.
It is an advantage if the candidate has experience from vendor management as we expect to review our contracts within the comp&ben areas. Also experience from areas such as global mobility, accounting, financial analysis as well as typical compensation areas such as market data, position evaluation etc will be considered when looking for the right candidate.
