In the dynamic world of HR within SSAB Special Steels, the role of an HR Coordinator is vital!
You will be responsible for supporting the HR team with a variety of important administrational tasks related to recruitment, training, development, Inclusion & Diversity, onboarding, induction and much more. Together with the HR Development team, you will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring productivity and engagement within our organisation.
This is an incredible opportunity, as you will be involved in many different areas of our business and will have the opportunity to learn a lot very fast!

About the role
This role requires the ability to handle and deal with a lot of information at all times, together with excellent management skills. You will be personally involved with our most critical job tasks, supporting your team members with various administrational tasks.
This role is perfect for you, if you have a wish to develop within recruitment, and later aim towards an HR Generalist role within a global company such as SSAB.
Your Main responsibilities
✓ Supporting a variety of administrational tasks within many different areas linked to our strategy – Recruit, Attract and Retain.
✓ Supporting team members’ administrational tasks where required on ad-hoc basis within different topics.
✓ Empower our organisations brand and see the developmental opportunities within administrational work.
About You
✓ A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or similar.
✓ Excellent administrational and organizational skills. You are good at expressing yourself effectively.
✓ You are outgoing and energetic, with a strong work ethic.
✓ Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in both Swedish and English.
✓ Some experience from working with recruitments or at a recruitment/search agency is beneficial.
✓ A keen interest in AI would be positive, but is not a requirement for this role. Our HR team would love to learn more about this topic together with you!
