SSAB Special Steel Sales is looking for an Indoor Sales person to support the Finland & Baltic sales team. You will be having daily contact with external and internal customers regarding order registration, offers, follow up on orders etc. You will be working in the Finland & Baltic sales team with colleagues in different sites. Placement of work is Saue, Estonia.
The position is permanent and starting date is 1 July 2022.
You will be the daily contact for our customers and sales representatives in the Baltic region.
Your tasks will include:
- Receiving customer/sales calls and emails with order inquiries.
- Transport arrangements out from stock.
- Register and track the orders in SSAB systems in cooperation with mill order entry.
- Register new customers in internal systems. New customer registration.
- Register claims in internal systems and claim registration.
- Handle stock replenishments. Local stock control.
- Have daily contact with stocks and mills in order to provide customers and sales information about their order status.
- Sales of stock articles to agreed customers is planned to be responsibility too.
You will be working in close cooperation with the sales organization; hence, this position requires good skills in communications between individuals of different countries and cultures.
To succeed in this role, you need to be very motivated, be on top of matters and have good problem solving skills. You will also potentially handle sales from stock to agreed customers, so sales experience and interest in sales would be seen as an advantage.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in education a technical, economical or business administration. Personal qualities include being structured, enthusiastic, proactive and service minded. You are a self-starter and are able to work efficiently and be self-guided.
You can put the customer in focus and give excellent service. To be successful in the role you need to be able to prioritize and handle demanding situations. As a colleague in the team you are also expected to contribute to the development of the business and challenges within the full team. You need very good skills in Microsoft Office.
You need to be able to communicate well in English and Estonian, and if you can speak Russian, that would be an advantage.
