SSAB - Information Security Manager

Your mission will be to protect the business globally through robust information security capability's and practices, to build resilience against Cyber threats in both our IT and OT environments. Location is optional, preferable located in Nordic Countries or US.
About the position
SSAB wants to be the first in the world to produce fossil-free steel, the plans are underway and we want to be more. Now we are strengthening with a responsible for Information Security within the Special Steels Division.
Your mission will be to help protect us against Cyber threats. The Information Security Manager is a new role. Your mission will be to protect the business globally through robust information security capability's and practices, to build resilience against Cyber threats in both our IT and OT environments.
You will:
Drive information security activities in both OT and IT
Contribute to security and privacy by design for IT/OT architecture
Be innovative and bring future ideas to our business
Manage key stakeholder expectations through trustful relationships

You will work closely with the divisional IT and OT departments and with SSAB Corporate Information Security Officer and peers within other SSAB divisions and functions to both share the corporate information security vision and to achieve higher level of enterprise security through information sharing and co-operation.
The position requires travelling (when possible again).
You will report to Special Steels Head of IT.
Who you are
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about developing and implementing Information Security standards and technologies within IT and OT environments. You are curious and enjoy building trustful relationships and partnerships in a multicultural environment.
We think you an academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equal working experience. You are also have previous experience in Information Security and Cyber Security operations and governance.
As a person, you are determined, structured and analytical. You have the ability to create togetherness and enthusiasm around you. You need to have professional English communications skills both verbal and written and teaching ability. You are driven by continuously developing ways of working
We see value in if you have knowledge and experience from some of the following areas:
Experience in Cloud Architecture and Security, e.g. AWS, Azure, and OpenStack platforms
Experience in Internet of Things (IoT) Architecture and Security
Experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) Security
Security Testing and Vulnerability Analysis
It is an advantage if you hold one or more General Information or Cyber Security related certifications
