We are looking for an inside sales for our Specialty Tubes. You will be having daily contact with external and internal customers regarding order registration, offerings, follow up on orders etc. You will be working in a Global team with colleagues in different sites. Placement of work is Oxelösund or Hämeenlinna.


About the position
You will be the daily contact for our customers and sales representatives when it comes to Specialty Tubes, meaning Hardox and Strenx branded Tubes. Your tasks will include:
Receiving customer/sales calls and emails with order enquiries
Making offers on stock and new rolling sales, including lead times and transportation set ups
Register the orders in SAP system
Track orders in SAP, excel files etc.
Register new customers in internal systems
Register claims in internal systems
Handle stock replenishments
Have a daily contact with stocks and mills in order to provide customers and sales with information about their order

You will be working in close cooperation with the whole Special Steel divisions sales organization, hence this position requires good skills in communications between individuals of different countries and cultures. To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent skills in problem solving since few orders will be alike. You will partly also, eg. during holidays of other inside sales, handle order registration of other products within Specialty Products.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with education in logistic, business administration or similar experience. Personal qualities include being structured, enthusiastic, proactive and service minded. You have good analytical qualities and want to solve problems. You can put the customer in focus and give excellent service. The work is sometimes stressful so you need to be able to prioritize and handle demanding situations. As a colleague in the Sales Tubes and Bars team, you are also expected to contribute to the development of the business and challenges within the full team. You need very good skills in Microsoft Office while knowledge of SAP, Jeeves, Ellen etc. is good but not required. You need to be able to communicate well in English and Swedish/Finnish (local language)
