About the position
Your mission together with your team is to ensure qualitative and reliable IT operations of infrastructure services on our site in Borlänge. You will work in close collaboration with the production management and organization. As a member of the Group IT Operations management team, you will also have the important mission to transfer site-specific needs towards Group IT and vice versa. In this role, you will find that operational excellence is achieved through teamwork.
We are looking for a leader whom can become a role model for others to follow. With that said, you will be an important leader for all Group IT employees placed in Borlänge. E.g., you will have a responsibility to ensure a great work environment where safety comes first.
Your qualifications
In addition to what´s stated above, we are looking for a person whom demonstrates an interest in and understanding of others. Experience in combination with an ability to build team spirit will serve you well in this mission. As a leader, we want you to be communicative with a clear drive to achieve your goals together with your team. You need to have a structured approach to your work and a clear focus on customer needs to be successful. As a person, you are probably not the one that turns down a challenge and makes positive use of the opportunities presented to you.
You have experience and knowledge within IT, but more importantly, you need to have a rooted understanding of what Service Management is all about, not necessarily from IT. In addition to that, we want you to be experienced as a leader. You have most likely completed post-secondary education relevant for the position and speaks Swedish fluently and are somewhat advanced in English.
