SSAB - Manager Order to Cash

Order to Cash (O2C) is a part of Global Business Services (GBS) organization with services delivered from Poland, Finland and Sweden. O2C provides services to our partners such as Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collection, Sundry invoicing, Billing, Cash and Bank activities and Inter Company Transactions. In this role you will lead operational O2C team, and will be reporting directly to global O2C Manager. Placement of the position is in Oxelösund.
In this position you will:
Provide effective leadership, coordination and general direction that reflects the SSAB Values
Execute and complete Accounts Receivables and Collection activities in a timely manner and ensure high quality
Actively drive improvement efforts within the Accounts Receivables and Collection processes
Actively contribute to and participate in relevant forums and on timely basis implement decisions made
Manage human, material, intellectual and financial resources in order to deliver on the decided services, activities and targets
Drive and challenge the local O2C team, develop motivation, knowledge and team work
Ensure that O2C team is properly resourced and has capacity and competence to achieve targets
Champion the culture aimed at being in line with SSAB values and principles and One GBS mind-set, closely cooperate with co-managers in Poland and Finland
Act in close co-operation with other GBS teams and SSAB units
Deliver agreed targets for O2C team
Develop the appropriate network to optimize the end to end process and service delivery

Your qualifications
We expect you to have at least Bachelor’s Degree from relevant field and some years of experience working as a manager. You have working experience from finance and accounting. You have business process improvement knowledge, business understanding and customer focus. You are fluent in English both verbal and written and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You have the ability to coach and develop your team and ability to handle tight deadlines. Excellent networking and people management skills in a multi-cultural global environment will help you to succeed in this position.
