SSAB - Press officer and Communication Specialist

You will be a part of the team responsible for Corporate Communications, internal and external communications, press relations and strategic communications projects. You will independently initiate and execute daily communication projects and actions. Placement Stockholm
Corporate Communications is part of the Corporate Identity and Group Communications Unit on Group level. The team is responsible to lead and coordinate all media communication in SSAB. The team manages and drive content production processes in SSAB to maintain and strengthen the reputation and brand towards internal and external stakeholders, such as own personnel, politicians, media and the public. Support the Group Executive Committee in communications activities.
Your qualifications
You have good skills in internal, external and media communications and PR as well as knowhow of modern channels and communication tools. We believe you have a degree in Journalism, Communications and PR or equivalent. You are a self-motivated and a structured team-player. You like to work both strategically and hands on, and is a good writer and communicator. You take initiative, have good judgment and ability to solve problems. You are fluent in Swedish and English. Experience from working with social media, video making or other communications tools is a plus.
