About the position
You will belong to the Group Procurement and Sustainability team consisting of a Procurement Director, a Sustainability Manager, a Project Manager and a System Expert. The team is located across Sweden, Finland and France and provides common services and expertise to all procurement units within SSAB Group on a global level.
As a Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our common procurement processes, systems and central data and hence strenghtening procurement with coherency and streamlined best practices. This position is temporary for the period 1/4/24 - 30/4/25 unless otherwise agreed. So as you can see we hope you are able to start quickly.
Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain our common procurement processes to reach harmonized working methods aligned with internal control excellence controls.
Manage procurement-related central data aiming for high data quality, integrity and completeness.
User management in our strategic procurement platform, i.e. licenses management, handling end-user requests, performing system testing, analyzing and communicating to end-users.
System administration in various other procurement-related systems and main approver in procurement savings software.
Cross-divisional and functional collaboration within SSABs procurement units and related internal stakeholders on a global level.
About You
Masters/bachelor degree within relevant area.
A minimum of 2 years' experience within a procurement role.
High competence in procurement systems, tools and processes.
Good understanding of internal and external product/service needs.
Advanced in problem-solving and cross-functional work.
Independent and result-oriented way of working.
Fluent in English. Swedish and Finnish are considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to contribute actively to a dynamic team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
