As a sales controller in SSAB’s Europe division you support Sales Management in the International region. Sales management consists of Area Sales directors and Country sales organizations. The sales controller has a key role with a responsibility of high quality reporting, which supports the sales management in decision making. The main focus of this role is to understand the customer and product profitability development, and to translate that proactively into improvement actions to strengthen the business performance. Other responsibilities include planning and forecasting process, cost controlling and reporting activities, as well as involvement in sales incentive programs and the target setting. Analysis development work, as well as participation in on-going projects as representative of the controlling function, are also included in the role.

The position will require some international traveling.
Your qualifications
· Education; Financial education (University Degree / Masters in Finance/Economics or similar)
· Experience; Solid background in finance/management accounting/reporting and analysis is recommended, preferably several years.
We are looking for a service-minded and proactive person with passion for translating numbers into actions. You must have flexibility and pressure management skills in a fast-paced international business environment with multiple stakeholders. You are able to build networks and have good social skills. Excellent technical reporting skills (i.e. Microsoft BI, Excel) and/or ERP systems (SAP) are considered a benefit.
Language skills: Native or fluent in English.
