Safe and stable student assistant / pedagogical resource, year 7

IES Liljeholmen is now looking for a student assistant for a student in year 7.

The school has approximately 930 students in year levels 4 - 9. The school is located near Telefonplan with good communication routes, both by bus and subway.

The position includes meeting the school's students during their school day and being a safe adult who is present in social contexts. The main task involves supporting a student in year 7 in socially challenging situations.

This requires that you are a stable and calm adult who has the ability to act empathically, by setting boundaries and parallel with this be able to show solicitude.

We would like to see that you have a background where you have had similar assignments and/or that you are trained to work with people. However, we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who find it easy to create good relationships with young people and who think it is important that all students succeed and enjoy school. It is a bonus if you know and uses a low-affective approach (lågaffektivt bemötande, LAB).
