Städledare/Cleaning Manager

HomeWork® AB is in home cleaning one of Sweden's largest cleaning companies, with more than 1,100 clients in Göteborg, Malmö and Lund. We are currently looking for a highly experienced cleaning manager for the Malmö and Lund region.

Your work will consist partly of cleaning our clients' private homes, partly of recruiting and training new home cleaners, and partly of assisting our currently employed home cleaners with questions related to their cleaning work. You will thus have a central and very important role for our business in the Malmö and Lund area.

Your salary will be between 140 and 155 kr/h plus 12% vacation pay/semesterersättning, that is, the equivalent of 24 000-30 000 kr/month plus 12% vacation pay/semesterersättning, depending on your skills and experience as a cleaning manager and as a cleaner. Additional employment benefits include:

To be eligible, you should

1. Be exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in cleaning
2. Have a minimum of two years of documented experience from professional cleaning
3. Be fluent in English, and good or fluent in Swedish
4. Be reliable, friendly, and service-minded
5. Have a residence or work permit in Sweden
6. Want to work for HomeWork for a minimum of 12 months
7. If requested by HomeWork, present a certificate from the Swedish criminal registry (Belastningsregistret)

It is furthermore preferable, though not necessary, that you have professional experience from recruiting, training, and/or managing cleaners or similar professions.
