What you’ll do
The UX designer works within our cross-functional product development teams to optimize hardware and software interfaces by applying deep domain expertise in human cognitive and physical capabilities and insights into our users’ needs. Product solutions must satisfy both the functional and emotional needs of internal and external users.
Responsibility (but are not limited to):
Responsible for the UX strategy, plan, and deliverables in our innovation/development projects
Define research topics and evaluation strategies, and lead the analysis and synthesis of results
Propose design and/or product solutions based on research and test outcomes
Facilitate workshops in collaboration with stakeholders to collect knowledge and ideas and to generate new insights and innovative design solutions
Prototype and design GUI and HMI
Define context and create UX specifications for development teams
Continuously improve our ways of working

Who you are
MSc within the UX field
Minimum of 15 years of experience as a UX designer within product development
Experience as a UX Designer within the Life Sciences industry
Meritorious if experience of our product family’s; ÄKTA, UNICORN and/or Biacore
Experience of designing both GUI and HMI
Strong influential skills and great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken)
Swedish and English as working languages
Valid work permit

Have experience of integrating digital and physical products
Have experience working in multidisciplinary environments
