We are now looking for a staffing analyst in Stockholm or Malmö who will be part of our operations team at Kavall.



To succeed in this role, you need to be data-driven, analytical and result oriented. A background in scheduling/planning would be an advantage!



WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Execute and administrate high-quality schedules for our operations team.



- Follow up on previous schedules for improvements both individually and together with other team members.



- Be the operational part of evaluating the development of a machine-learning model for scheduling by the data team.



- Produce requested scheduling data for other departments on request.



- Develop/improve procedures regarding scheduling and create models for follow-up.

Equally important for you in the scheduling and performance management role is to make informed decisions and work independently.



- Analytic - you can analyze in which way different parts of the environment we are operating in that are affecting our schedules - and implement the improvements needed based on your findings to make the schedules more efficient.



- Data-driven - you have a genuine interest in data and maybe some basic knowledge of a programming language. You can easily work with google sheets / Excel and are comfortable with using tools like Datastudio / Tableau or similar. You enjoy digging into data and using your findings for improvements.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree or similar



- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced level (especially Excel / Google sheets)



- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
