In your role as a Staffing Partner
The Staffing team in TietoEVRY is responsible for providing new and exciting opportunities to employees in TietoEVRY and finding relevant employees for their customer deliveries, projects and services. The role of the Staffing Partner is crucial in both ensuring that TietoEVRY's customers get the right competences for their projects as well as for TietoEVRY employees to learn and develop in their work & career. While your primary assignment is to match project assignments with the skills and aspirations of your colleagues in TietoEVRY, working as a Staffing Partner you set of additional priorities and exciting focus areas are often in the following areas, also based on what you find to be most important:
Support in making customer demand visible & prioritizing project requirements based on input from leadership
Create visibility on employees looking for assignments and understanding employee’s aspirations through discussion
Tracking of the hiring plan in co-operation with recruitment to ensure that incoming skillsets support customer demand
Partnering with leadership & HR and to ensure that we have the same priorities in our activities to meet our customer demand
Supporting employees and managers in developing the quality of our CVs
To be successful as a Staffing Partner, you need to have:
Experience from recruitment
Good communication and networking skills and be active in keeping contact
Self-motivated and willing to take responsibility
Strong quality, process, and result oriented mindset
Start: September 2021 - February 2022
