Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking to expand and strengthen the GFTL S&I Ecosystem Expansion team.

As a member of this team, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating the ecosystem expansion efforts across the Ericsson Group. The team drives and promotes Ericsson's technology strategy, solutions and value offerings, enabling new business opportunities for Ericsson mid to long term, through strategic participation and lobbying, in key standardization organizations, partnerships and industry initiatives, critical to different prioritized industry domains and ecosystems.

You will

Identify and analyze industry landscapes, through market and industry intelligence via internal and external networking and collaboration, for established and new industries and domains.
Provide strategy input through identifying key market and industry trends, standardization organizations, key partners, and key industry initiatives etc. that are important in securing Ericsson’s expansion and building trust in targeted industries and domains.
Ensure that users, especially the new industry users, understand and have the right abilities to use Connectivity Networks for their use cases.
Collect, align and secure feedback of market-relevant and harmonized insights and requirements to internal Ericsson projects and relevant steering groups.
Secure Ericsson's participation in prioritized standardization organizations and key industry initiatives etc.
Actively participate in strategic and mission-relevant initiatives, representing Ericsson.



To be successful in the role you must have

MSc degree or BSc backed with proven experience.
Excellent technical system level competence (e.g. System Engineering/ Architecture) in combination with a good eye For business.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
10+ years of experience in ICT industry with a solid track record in product development and standards-related projects.
Good knowledge of Ericsson products portfolio and deep understanding of the ICT industry trends.
Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Flexibility to swiftly respond to challenges and change in an energized environment.
Great team-building skills with the ability to partner across Ericsson.
