Standardization Manager Radio

As a Standardization Manager you will represent Ericsson as delegate in 3GPP RAN4 and regulatory standardization organizations for development of product standards for global markets and regions. The work also includes preparation of technical submissions to radio regulators in different countries. You will be part of Standardization & Technical Regulation unit belonging to Radio Systems & Technology sector within radio product development. The unit is responsible for securing global regulatory product requirements.

What you will do
Work with 3GPP RAN4 standardization as Ericsson delegate
Act as regulatory radio specialist to support regional regulatory activities
Contribute to internal studies specifying internal regulatory radio requirements
Influence regulatory product requirements in different regions
Be an interface towards various organizations both internally and externally
Contribute to Ericsson IPR portfolio


You will bring
Excellent knowledge of RF requirements
Business understanding
Long experience within area of telecommunication
Excellent communication skills
Excellent reading and writing skills in English in order to produce high quality RAN4 contributions
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

Creating & Innovating
