The Standardization & Technical Regulations team is a unit belonging to Radio Systems & Technology sector within Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio in Development Unit Network. We are responsible for securing global regulatory radio product requirements.
As a Standardization Manager you will work with technical regulation and spectrum management.
You will
Act as regulatory radio specialist to support regional regulatory activities
Contribute to internal studies specifying internal regulatory radio requirements
Influence regulatory product requirements in different regions
Conduct National Consultation review of new/updated specifications
Be an interface towards various organizations both internally and externally
Be driving implementation of requirements into prioritized regional standardization committees
Work with Spectrum management
To be successful in the role you must have
Excellent knowledge of RF requirements
Business understanding
Long experience within area of telecommunication
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Great skills in Relating & Networking
The ability to Adapting & Responding to Change
Creating & Innovating skills
The ability to Delivering Results
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Standardization and research experience
Excellent English skills
Experience in IPR domain
