We make real what matters. This is your role
* You develop our internal standards landscape to ensure process quality and efficiency along the whole product lifecycle of our products with focus on R&D.
* You represent Siemens Energy Sweden in national and internal standardization bodies.
* You leverage the potential of standardization to reduce the number of design variants with complexity reduction methods.
* You are contributing to process quality and process effectiveness in R&D.
* You specify processes and methodologies and you roll them out to the whole organization.
* You develop standardization as a strategic pillar to optimize our business performance.
* As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia. On top of that, your multi-disciplinary collaborations will for example include the Materials and Heat Transfer groups and the Service department.

* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious.
* You are a skilled technical writer to generate process descriptions, manuals and guidelines.

You will be based in Finspång, Sweden.
