SSP now opens the very first Starbucks Store in Sweden The Starbucks Store will be located at Arlanda Airport.Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse company in the world.Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment. Job Description This job contributes to SSP:s success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers.The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Best of all, you'll help your team create a welcoming environment.Starbucks is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do.The Starbucks Stores opening and closing hours will vary between 03.00-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours. The incumbent of the post as Shift Supervisor has to be able to start the duty by being abroad for 6 weeks of training in December/January in an existing Starbucks Store. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: -Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume. -Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance.-Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.-Develops positive relationships with shift team.-Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.-Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures.-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.-Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.Job Requirements At least one year of customer service experience in a cafe or restaurant environment.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to direct the work of others - Ability to learn quickly - Effective communication skills, fluent in Swedish and very good in English - Ability to work as part of a team - Ability to build relationships Core Competencies - Delivers legendary service that meets and exceeds all customers' expectations.- Adheres to Starbucks values, beliefs and principles during good and bad times.- Remains calm, maintains perspective and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations.- Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills and experiences.- Able to successfully function during times of uncertainty and changing priorities.- Gets results and achieves goals Application We will start interview candidates immediately.
