In late spring 2023, it is finally time for us to open up a new and long-awaited IKEA Kållered! An inspiring and relevant department store on the Gothenburg market where our existing as new customers are in focus.
We are now looking for you who are interested in working with us, starting in April / May 2023.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
We are now looking for part-time employees for several of our departments at the department store. Here, for example, it is possible to replenish our tag-yourself warehouse with HYLLIS (199.-) as a logistics employee. Explain why SOLAR HEAT (39:-) is a good choice of lamp as a sales employee. Or why not help the customer pay their SHIPPING (9.-) in the self-scanning checkouts?

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
To meet our customers' needs, we have varying working hours, between 05.00-23.00. We work both weekdays, evenings and weekends.
We are looking for you who also want to continue working this autumn and hopefully for a long time to come.
The start of employment is in April or May 2023. If necessary, there may also be an opportunity with an earlier start date.
We are looking for you who want to work:
-25h / week on temporary leave until week 35 with 8h / week until further notice as basic employment.
-30,6h / week on a fixed-term basis until week 2 2024, with 8h / week until further notice as the basic employment.

Here are the different stages of recruitment:
1. Start by submitting your application. Attach a CV where you tell us what you are doing right now, what possible education you have attended and about your work experience. Instead of a cover letter, we want you to answer some questions in text form that come up automatically when you make your application. Your answers will be important to us in the selection. So take your time and respond from the heart.
2. We know you're more than your resume! Therefore, if you move on to the next step in the process, you will be invited to answer some questions via a video tool. You will record yourself and your answers. We know it can feel scary but it will go well! We are only interested in your answers. Not what you have in the background, how you sound or if you have a bad hair day. Invitations to these video questions are made via email and primarily v.5-6.
3. If you proceed to this step, we will meet each other at a group interview. Then we get to know each other even better! We will ask you questions and tell you more about IKEA. We plan to conduct these group interviews during weeks 8-9 and we will ask for reference in this step. Invitations to the group interviews are made via email, primarily during weeks 6-7.
4. If you proceed to the last step of our process, then you will receive an offer and sign the employment contract. We look forward to having you as an IKEA colleague!
