Avis & Budget Car Rental is looking for a Station Supervisor to join our rental office at Arlanda
The job is suitable for those who are motivated by and like to drive results. Both through their own performance but mainly through others. You are goal-oriented, stimulate collaboration, support and build community among employees. You enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The working hours will be according to the shift schedule or opening hours at the rental station. Industry experience from car rental, service or trading operations is an advantage.
Primary duties:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the counter (rental agreements, customer care, check-out and check-in of cars in our systems, preparation of cars for rental to our customers)
· Plan for the right staffing and shift schedule at the counter
· Coach and lead the team
· Responsibility for reporting and monitoring claims
· Ensure good customer care
· Environmental work in accordance with ISO 14 001 occurs.

· Need to be fluent in Swedish both orally and in writing, as the position involves a lot of contact with our customers. You also need to be comfortable with spoken and written English. Other language skills are meritorious.
· A category B driver's license is a requirement
