Assignment description We are looking for a Statistics and Data Analyst within the Product Field Statistic's team, Customer Services.The main tasks of the CS Statistics and Data Analyst: is to report the product quality feedback from Global Customer Services to PBU/DU and Region/MU as well as support the internal organization both pre and after launch of the product in terms of statistics.Additional follow up and help the work for improving the quality of our products.In addition report statistics from Global CS Service Solution services to the Organization and other stakeholders that requires this information.You are responsible for; .To have a good knowledge of the products and the service structure that has been set up from GCS .To have a good knowledge of how the data has been generated .Help the company to decide what data to collect in order to create the needed reports .Investigate the quality of the incoming data and take actions in improving it .Create reports that are in alignment with the company needs.Additionally find new ways of measuring every time a new KPI has been defined..Help colleagues with statistical data analysis and provide the results in an understandable way .Analyze data using general statistical methods and be able to describe them in an understandable way..Measure and Estimate/Predict return rate and other statistical measures on both launched products as well as non-launched..To be the contact towards System Owners (MIS, Service Solutions) and to assist with the administration and maintenance of CSDW and the created reports Competence .Educational background .Bachelor of science or business administration .Good knowledge in statistics .Knowledge of statistical software package SPSS or Minitab .Very good analytical skills .Knowledge of database structure and related topics Working experience within Telecom or Computer Industry, either in service or in product development is an advantage.
