Stillfront Group Vice President

We will be around 25 people at the headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and the company is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.


Ideal candidate: 10 to 15 years relevant experience. Should have both games studio (in multiple roles) and senior managerial experience as well as know how to handle and work with entrepreneurial founders as well as execs. Be a team player and ideally be able to bring additional skillsets to the Stillfront Group management team. Clear track record of having delivered and successfully shipped numerous games and understanding of live operations is key.
Reporting
Reporting directly to the Group COO, you will be given the responsibility for the support and governance of a number of the Stillfront Group studios. As such you will be responsible for ensuring these studios achieve their targets and for finding potential areas of collaborations that these studios can benefit from or benefit the group.
Stillfront HQ are located in Stockholm, Sweden. Preference for the role to be based in Stockholm but other European or US locations possible with frequent travel to Stockholm.
Skills & Requirements
- General exec level management experience
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- P&L responsability experience of one company or multiple companies
- Ideally at least 10 years experience in the games industry in operational and management roles.
- Entrepreneurial experience as a founder is a plus
- Tech or performance marketing background also a plus
