Stillfront Group Vice President

We are seeking a candidate for the position of VP at Stillfront.
Ideal candidate
10 to 15 years relevant experience. Should have both games studio (in multiple roles) and senior managerial experience. Be a team player and ideally be able to bring additional skillsets to the Stillfront Group. Clear track record of having delivered and successfully shipped numerous games and understanding of live operations is key.
Reporting
Reporting directly to the operational management team of Stillfront Group, you will be given the responsibility for the support and governance of a certain Stillfront Group studio. As such you will be responsible for ensuring this studio achieves its targets and for finding potential areas of collaborations that benefit the group.
Stillfront HQ are located in Stockholm, Sweden. Preference for the role to be based in Stockholm but other European or US locations possible with frequent travel to Stockholm.
Skills & Requirements
- General exec level management experience
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- P&L responsibility experience of one company or multiple companies
- Ideally at least 10 years experience in the games industry in operational and management roles.
- Entrepreneurial experience as a founder is a plus
- Tech or performance marketing background also a plus
