Stock & logistics manager

Division X is expanding with many new products and business lines being added to the portfolio. Order & Delivery is responsible for delivery, logistics and stock management within Telia’s Division X. For us to move our new products into a concrete way of work we attach great importance to creating agile and, if possible, automated processes to scale our business.
Is this your next opportunity?
As a Stock & Logistic Manager you will be part of a team where we all support and help each other in our day-to-day work. You will be working closely together with our team and product owners, Excellent Managers, and the Delivery Projects Team. My name is Evelina Staar and I am the proud manager of Order & Delivery within Division X.
Your role will be to create, rework and improve the logistic flows on onboarded products in close collaboration with our business areas, customers, and partners. You will participate in developing a new way of working to onboard new devices and products and where necessary, drive this work in project form.
You will also take over stock management, set working methods to secure the entire logistic flow and rework existing processes for both logistics and stock management for the business where needed.
Meanwhile, you will support our product management, device team and sourcing within the Nordic countries with information in supplier agreements such as details about packaging and regulations regarding guarantees and SLA’s. Setting up cooperation with new countries within Telia’s footprint will probably be an important part of the work in parallel to this.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Taking over stock management, setting working methods to secure the entire logistic flow.
Reworking existing processes for both logistic and stock management and develop new way of working.
Supporting product management, device team and sourcing within Nordic countries with information in supplier agreements, packaging details, guarantees and SLA’s regulation.
Responsibility for stock levels on all devices, parts, and updated forecasts for each part.

We also think that you have a relevant education, a background in business/process development and your insight in IoT and Telecom is preferred.
Your personal competencies:
Problem solver, initiator, good communicator, and team player are critical.
Being planning and resourceful is desirable.

Your Experience:
Relevant education and/or experience in business/process development.
Professional English proficiency is a requirement.
Knowledge and insight of IoT and Telecom is an advantage.
Experience in logistics is an advantage.
