This is Your Job

In your new job as our Stock Sales Operations Support you will help ensure that the operations in Stock Sales run as effective and as efficient as possible. You will provide excellent customer service in order to meet and exceed the needs of our customers.

You will be collaborating with colleagues from departments across the organization on a daily basis. The main tasks will include:

- Order handling and follow-up on orders.
- Updating our available stock on various online platforms.

- Monitoring Sales Orders and Purchase Invoices in our ERP-system.

- Making sure all stock and available lines are removed correctly when sold.
- Purchasing excess material.
- Booking all pickups for excess material.
- Handling Consignment agreements


This is You

To be the perfect fit for this role, we beliveve you are service minded professional with an open and flexible mindset and an eye for detail. You perform your best under pressure and know how to organize and prioritize your responsiblilites.

You speak and write English on a high level, your computer skills are above average. A high proficiency in Excel as well as additional language skills are meritorious.
