REGULATORY AFFAIRS ENGINEER

Our unique products are based on a research innovation that enables the use of environmentally friendly chemical solutions to provide new properties such as flame protection, rot protection and water resistance to materials such as wood, paper materials and textiles. With our technologies, we replace plastic materials, heavy metals and PFAS. OrganoClick is currently growing strongly and we are continuously working to scale up our production in its production facility. We are quality and environmentally certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001 and a majority of our products are eco-labeled. The company currently has about 55 employees, sales of about SEK 100 million and has its head office, R&D center and production facility in Täby.
About the position
In the role of Regulatory Affairs Engineer at OrganoClick, you will be responsible for regulatory issues and documentation regarding the company's chemical products and environmental permits for our production. The role also includes ensuring compliance, development and documentation of the company's quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001 & 14001). You are also responsible for the company's eco-labels of products where we, among other things. works with Good Environmental Choice (Bra miljöval), the Nordic Ecolabel Svanen, Byggvarubedömningen, Sunda hus and BASTA.
You are also responsible for supporting the business with risk analysis and documentation for materials, products, processes and equipment. In your role, you are part of the company's operational unit and you are expected to contribute with quality and environmental and regulatory strategic decisions for the business and report to the company's Operations Manager.
Who are we looking for
You who are applying have an academic education in engineering or science, preferably with a focus on environmental chemistry or similar. You also have:
At least 2-3 years of experience working with regulatory issues regarding chemical products or materials
Knowledge and previous work with compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001
This said - talent, quick learning capabilities and a very big interest for the above could compensate for a gap in experience or knowledge.
It is also an advantage if you have experience of:
Experience as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001
Training in regulatory work regarding chemicals
As a person, you are structured and thorough. You have integrity and enjoy working individually but also in groups. You are passionate about quality, environmental work and regulatory issues, but at the same time have a business mindset. You are independent, take your own initiatives and are solution-oriented. Technical and chemical understanding, good computer skills and very good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English are crucial for you to succeed in your role.
OrganoClick offers a permanent full-time position based in Täby.
